Pakora Ready Mix for Bread Dough
Mix for the production of Pakoras, as either a side dish or a snack. Pakoras are vegetables fried in dough and enjoyed as an in-between meal or a snack.

Naan Ready Mix for Bread Dough, 1kg
Ready mix for producing naan bread.
Application:
150 ml of water to 250 g naan ready mix; knead the dough well, leave set about 10 minutes. Before baking, portion into small dough balls, apply a little oil and black onion seeds to the surface of the naan. Baking time about 1.5 minutes.
Yield: 16 naan
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, skim milk powder, whole egg, sugar, leavening agents E450 E500, hydrogenated vegetable fat, salt.
Allergens - gluten, lactose, egg
Unopened best before date: see package label.
Application:

Pakora Ready Mix Flour, 1kg
Flour mix for producing pakoras.
Application:
Stir flour mix with cold water at a 1:1 ratio, set aside to rise. Cut raw vegetables (such as cauliflower, eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, peppers, broccoli, ginger, carrots, mushrooms, chili peppers, etc.) or paneer (Indian handmade cheese made from cow's milk) into bite-share pieces, dip in the batter and deep-fry to a golden yellow in hot grease. A little coriander can be stirred into the batter. Serve with tamarind date dip!
