Gewürzmischung für Reis
Ungemahlene Gewürzmischung für Reis zu indischen Gerichten nach Originalrezept!
Je nach gewünschter Intensität des Geschmacks wird der Reis zusammen mit den Gewürzen und Salz in Wasser gegart. Safranfäden werden ggf, vor der Zugabe zerkleinert.
Alternative: Gewürze in etwas Fett anbraten und unter den bereits gegarten Reis mischen.
